Dear Arijit It was hdd, my hdc being the CD-burner. I also think, that somewhere, the driver is doing the problem. Sankarshan is giving GLT a FC3 set. I think i will try that as a second OS. And i dont know the date of firmware. Do you mean its date of manufacture, or the date it started marketing this make, to tally it with the kernel driver dates? So few necessary things i know: oh God, it does not even frustrate me any more.
