Just my 2 pence, no one says no to FREE as in free-beer stuff. And you would have a lot of the uninterested junta picking up the free CDs and they would finally throw them into some corner of their homes, where it would lie untouched till eternity. What we could do, alternatively, is redirect them to Jayabrata's CD store.
