RMS visit is advertised on The Telegraph today. RMS is a state guest. So all his schedule is taken care by the IT department of West Bengal. He will deliver a speech at the Salt Lake office at aroud 2:30 pm on Friday. The contact number for attending the talk is also given on telegraph. Attendance is by invitation only. He will be leaving for Kharagpur by Friday evening.
