Hello friends Yesterday I installed Mandrake Linux 10.1 (3 CD SET) on my computer. During installation everything seemed to be fine. But when I finished the installation and restarted the computer; My mouse stopped working. I thought I might missed something during installation, so I reinstalled and check the tty0 configuration (It's a serial, 2 button, standard mouse on com1 in windows) and finished the installation. But it only added to my woes. Mouse wasn't working again. I tried Harddrake...(using console) but couldn't fix the problem. So I'm asking you guys to plz help me. I'm new to Linux. Another problem:- I'm not being asked for my username and password. It gets started using my another a/c. I want it to ask username/password from me so that I can log-into root. Ok... Ok.. Ok.. I logeed out from my current session to get the login screen. But there was just my another a/c, not the root. Help me sove these problem. Thanking you in advance... wth regards, Niraj Kumar "Vinit"
