Dear LISTADMIN,
Will you kindly clarify the following points in capacity of the
LISTADMIN?
1. Why didn't you kill that OT thread timely and in a decent manner,
before you got enough embarrassed to start a flame war in capacity of
LISTADMIN?
2. Why did you issue a threat of delisting to unmentioned persons,
instead of clearly warning the erring ones?
3. Do LISTADMINS have right to issue threats in this manner?
4. Can the despotic rights of the LISTADMIN override the basic
netiquettes and etiquettes of civil society?
3. Why did you CC the mails while posting to the list of which I am also
a subscriber in breach of my privacy? I got two copies of the same mail
and it is equivalent to spamming.
4. Why did you at all CC flame mails and replies to me while I am not
party to that flame war?
5. Why did you posted mail and replies of off-list flame war in the list
while everyone else have stopped posting to this thread after the
LISTADMIN's warning?
6. Why did you use a Bengali idiom which is meant for causing insult and
especially to a person who don't understand Bengali well, in a public
post to this list?
7. Is the good knowledge of Bengali is a criterion for being member of
this list?
In the above questions I have not drawn the thin line between LISTADMIN
and Indranil DasGupta. You can draw the line anywhere you like to. But
please keep in mind that whenever you tear off the mask of LISTADMIN
from Indranil DasGupta, you become responsible to take necessary
measures towards his activities.
