Its definitely a hardware problem, and ur description calls in for reveiw, with 3 possibilities:-
1) The system is getting over-heated and the machine is rebooted with a thermal over-heating problem(RST 7.5 : IllegalStateException). 2) The DIMM slots for ur RAM is loose! So, fit it tightly,and,best-of-luck, 3) A jumper setting may have been ignored! Check them out.First, remove the CD/DVD-ROM ATA Bus and Power and see if it works;Else, remove the HDD and boot-up in BIOS. Goto Advanced Power Management and Turn the Option:"Last State for Power Failure" off! It might work! If it still doesnt, ther's some problem in the Mainboard circuitry/PPU chips. Please consult ur vendor! And get prepared for the worst! It may also happen that the CPU-Chipset-DRAM combination stirrs up an Architectural issue. Try installing any compatible O/S(Even DOS will do)! That's all what I can suggest!Hope it helps you out! Anyway,Subho Nababarsho to U and the Group!
