Also check the bios power management settings. And don't blame Linux for something as lame as this :)

1. CPU Fan -> Already checked Ok
2. BIOS power settings -> Already Ok, here BIOS is only showing the temperatures, and no limiting options are there like other BIOSs (e.g. 85degree/95degree).
3. Blaming Linux : Oh, I am not blaming linux, but the fact is that RHEL4 is the only OS there and it will be worked as server, so there are no other OSs. I just want to know if there are any options available in Linux which will be good for detecting the problem, more over the system is compatible with linux or not.
