I have a related question: I have 2 machines on a LAN. I connect one PC to the ADSL modem and I want to use it as a gateway for the other PC. Is this easier to do than what you are asking? Has anyone here set up a similar configuration? For the basic dialup access that I had ages ago, VSNL provided IP addresses for the gateway, SMTP server, name server, etc. Aren't similar things going to be necessary for the BSNL setup?
