Hi guys,
my main wk-stn mainboard is dead ( leadtek k7ncr18gm ) owing to
surge voltage from a near lightining strike . The proc & ram are ok ( tested
)
not so sure of the tv-tuner though .
anyway i'm in the market for a replacement and ALL i find is a
peculiar
variant of the nforce2 chipset which only supports single-channel memory .
none supports dual vga output like my old board ( i had 2 x 17" displays CRT
).
i basically want to run linux as i did with my old board and
dual-displays
with IGP if possible . ANY advice is welcome - and quickly - i am hating to
type
this on a p3 500 thinkpad .
