I just checked the manual ==
a) it does not support dual-channel memory !!
b) the header jtv1 is for connecting an (optoinal) TV-Out bracket and not
for second VGA header .
so basically the same story .

Download the manual, and look for the JTV1 header between the backpanel
and the northbridge.
