For file exchange we can use sc_calender (Safety_Critical_Calender)

In LaTeX calenders are easy. I said that before. 6 is of no consequence in 
that case. 4. will require some tricks. Otherwise it is a matter of art and 
packaging ... to start with at least. 
We can work on specs with detailed requirement analysis gradually.
