For meeting we need three things:
1. Date - let us fix it on 4th March
2. Time - How about 4:00 to 5:00 PM ?
3. No of persons - any guess
4. Facility -
Minimum - chairs
Best - a PC/laptop - absolutely clean so that one can install fresh
software and a projector
Possible a laptop with disk based - knoppix/ubuntu
5. Venue :
Best: Conference room / auditorium
Minimum - a big office
Let us try to list the options available and guess on the no of ppl
likely to attend.
