Don't rely on their telephone representatives. Twice I had asked their tele. representative if they provide service in my area (Bangur), and they replied in negative. But when I asked their representative in person, he said yes, and now I have a Tata-indicom 128-kbps Internet connection. I am happy with the speed, but a frequent problem which I face is that the Internet connection goes down almost every day at least once, and then I have to call them up, and then they fix it. This is very irritating.
