I propose to collate the suggestion point-wise and discuss it in our next meeting to finalize the constitution. On the fee, I thought we should get immediate feedback. My idea of charging this small amount is to make ilug-cal self suffecient financially. At present, we are having some differences with the web hosting, as long as we are not financially independent, such individual problem will continue. A society will require some money to pay auditor fee, registration fee, website fee, for tea/coffee and meeting venue. When you accept sponsorship on any of the facility, you are bound to some extent. Mind you there is no such thing as free lunch. Rs. 50/- is a small amount, which we any way spend by paying for our coffee etc. When this money is taken together and used with good management, it will become an asset.
