After going through all the suggestions, please prepare the set of
issues on which we need to arrive at a consensus.
I think these include
1. Age
2. Fees
We can allow at least three categories of membership ... to deal with these
two issues.
I have mentioned other things in a 2nd mail including section 11 (parts of it
are not ok).
