I am an ubuntu 8.1 user.After long struggle i managed to find and
configured a modem driver for my conexant 56k modem.now i am connected
to internet but it takes long time to load even a google page .whn i
checked i found out speed is just <1kb.so i disconnected and tried in
vista which is having a speed of nearly 4kb.wat should i do to boost
my dial up speed.also i have an nvidia 8400gs graphicz card but it
requires driver for working is there any offline driver update method
to install graphics card whn i tried to download from ubuntu packages
it says there is dependent file which makes driver installation
another woe.
