Well you can download the driver from the official nvidia website and then
you can run it. Its not exactly offline, but still you can download it using
another computer, copy it and install it. Its the best method and I have
been using it till now.I dont know a lot about your modem drivers maybe its
best you google for the relevant information on the web, preferrably in
another computer.
