Hello Archana, Perhaps this can help you out in controlling the amount of emails in your inbox, if you have a gmail account.

I understand that there might be a variety of reasons for their decision but if the reason is "Too many mails from this group in the inbox"; there is an easy solution [I know most of you might be aware of it, but I recently found a couple of friends of mine *still *unaware of this]: Gmail Filters. And now Gmail team has a feature in labs that can import and export filters, its much more easy if you want to filter messages from this group. All you need to do is enable the Gmail Filter import/Export feature in Gmail Labs <http://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2&fs=1&view=pu&st=labs> and *import *the attached filter (mailFilter.xml) for this group and all mails from this group will be automatically moved to the corresponding label. It might also be helpful for newbies if this can be mentioned somewhere in the group also.
