In /usr/share/scim/tables folder there will be a
malayalam-phonetic.bin file and in /usr/share/scim/icons folder there
will be an icon for that. Just copy these files to the same location
in other machine too.

Note that the instructions given in zyxware site is for 8.04. In 9.04
, you can install it by just  installing scim-tables-additional
package.
