One or more of the following steps may be tried by you... Check your audio card info, using : inxi -xAType 'gstreamer-properties' in the terminal and try changing the plugin for output (default)The problem may with the alsa (update it)Try same steps for video in the next tabThere is a test facility too. Type 'alsamixer' in the terminal and keep all the sliders upType sudo alsa force-reload will work sometimes for audio problems.And if the graphics problem is with some particular app, then try another oneAny way at the end give your experience back to this forum..
