@ Ajith I think '/etc/default/grub' can only change the priority, timeout etc.
What I really want is to change the order of the entries displayed on grub. I'm dual booting with XP, & in grub, the XP appears in bottom (5th line). I want to move it upwards to 2nd line so that I could select XP & Ubuntu easily.
