.In order to submit the abstract of the project ,in what address we should
contact.what are the criterias for the selection of the project topic .In what
platform we should do?.what are the minimum objectives of the project topic.How
would we know more about the developments and updates about FOSTER scheme. Is
there any official contact no. of IC-FOSS office.anyone knows pls reply.
