First of all I dont remember your proposal and the meeting mentioned ( I
was coordinator of SPACE during that period). I sincerely apologize if you
had met me with this proposal and I forgot it. First meeting
with you that I remember was at i...@mission before FSFS conference.
If proposal was rejected there can be two reasons.
1. Funding was for free software developement projects, particularly among
college students.
Your proposal does not meet these criterion.
2. Couple of videos on GNU/Linux installation and trouble shooting were
made with the help of i...@school
during that period. Some of them are being telecasted in Victor's
channel even these days.
As you also may know i...@school was the major adopter of free software
during early 2000.
