Why you are learning TC3 and graphics.h !! Why you are still reading the old
kanitkar books. Just through them into dustbin.

Learn Qt or GTK or OpenGL. well do not confuse with option. Linux always has
100+ ways to the same things.

just learn OpenGL. Go to some book market and purchase some book on OpenGL.

Download Ubuntu/SchoolOS and search for "Ubuntu + OpenGL" etc to learn how
to run opengl on your system

just code it.....
