>From whatever little I understand reading the above list, I don't
think the the USB adapter is even recognized. I tried updating
whatever that had to be updated by getting connected online using a
wired connection. Had to shift the whole bloody computer to a floor
downstairs to get a wired connection. But then that is not a permanent
solution. I need to get the wireless adapter to work and only then
will I be able to use it in my room.
