How do you plan to connect the two network interfaces to physical
network(s)? If you want the PC to connect to two physical networks
using two network cards, then I'd recommend using two different IP
addresses with different sub-nets.
Having two cards with same IP address or two different addresses, but
belonging to the same sub-net is not a good idea.
