OS Ubuntu 10.1 I am using capitel evdo modem . some times after a disconnect, it wont reconnect at all, I will have to either re plugin the modem or kill the modem-manager and restart modem-manager. any one knows why this is happening, its not happening always,because of this big downloads are failing. I usually give the download and go to sleep hoping download will be thru by morning.
