Yes:-) I have tasted them all:-) Mint got two flavours- Mate(GNOME 2 fork) and Cinnamon(GNOME 3 fork). If you're a newbie or to introduce to a newly "converted" windows user, Go for Mint Maya with Mate.
If you're used to linux, you'll love Mint Debian, has Mate and Cinnamon, Mint Maya you have choice to download either Mate or Cinnamon.
