Ofc! Select all required packages in synaptic, click apply. Then check "download package files only" in dialoug box that appears. Now, after download, install package "APTonCD". Run it, it'll generate a install CD for all packages in cache. Or as mentioned earlier, just download using synaptic, copy the cache!
