Sorry - forgot 4. Create a new (reqd. paper size) document in Scribus 5. Insert the image into the page 6. Export as PDF 7. Email the PDF for printout. If there is a easier method, I would be happy to listen. I found Gnome Scan2PDF utility as not so user friendly and lacked customization facilities.
