I infact learnt more on collaboration tools like wiki, forum, trac, openfire only when i installed ubuntu on my office PC(thanks to the freedom my company gave unlike most foobar companies which require approvals to install firefox) and learnt them and after 2 months finally made it as a successfull collobaration portal which the planned sharepoint portal tried to achieve.Though I am working on microsoft products, I goto FOSS tools/solutions to make my day easy when i am restricted due to licenses.
