Hi, I searched for ILUGC in wikipedia and could not find it. I went ahead and created a stub article. You can access the this link and make modifications

If we could bring up content and relevant internal and external references on wikipedia we can get it through to wikipedia. ILUG-Delhi is already is on wikipedia and I believe ILUGC deserves to be there too.
