hi, can any one let me know the procedure to start a new software company in tamilnadu and also i dont know how to use linux with this new software company. As linux is opensource i may use in this company for free, but the software that developed by this new company under linux must have to be a opensource software or not. Is there any licence aggrement dilema in doing so.
