First you might want to consider if you want to register it as a
'company' in the first place. Normally, 1 or 2 member concerns, being a
proprietorship will do. Being a 'company' has it's own set of
formalities. If you're small, you're better off avoiding those. If I'm
not wrong, the govt. has recently issued a notification for forming LLPs
(limited liability partnerships). See if this works out better for you.

Any decent CA firm should be able to handle your accounts. You can try
to do it yourself, but accountants save you a lot more time and hassle.

- wheather can i sale any such desktop application that i developed under

- how shall i know the current market price of such application
- how shall i know what are all the current technologies used by the other
companies
I suggest you do a lot more research on the web before you attempt this.
Running a software company is not easy (starting is, otoh), if you're
asking these kind of questions, it means you're not ready. Ask yourself
as to why you want to do this. There are easier ways of making money ;-).
