No. Adobe Photoshop and Pagemaker do not run natively on Linux.

But you can use Photoshop through http://wiki.winehq.org/AdobePhotoshop

Pagemaker... Well... It doesnt run well even using Wine.

But I would suggest you try Scribus instead. It is really good. I did a
magazine
with that once. It is really fast. (Requires a restart on installing fonts
though).
Except for Tamil Fonts (and other unicode letters that need combining
fonts).

Overall, Photoshop (You may also try Gimp or Gimpshop), Inkscape and
Scribus would give you all the tools necessary
