Pagemaker... Well... It doesnt run well even using Wine. But I would suggest you try Scribus instead. It is really good. I did a magazine with that once. It is really fast. (Requires a restart on installing fonts though). Except for Tamil Fonts (and other unicode letters that need combining fonts).
