Hi
i had windows xp and fedora 10 dual boot
 my windows crashed..
now i am using Fedora only to work
i have installed windows from fedora using the VMware workstation, it has
by default installed in my external hard disk (8 GB)

 /dev/sdb1 * 1 19457 156288321 7 HPFS/NTFS

now i want to remove windows (8 GB) which has been installed in my external
hard disk and install it in my previously existed windows partions using
VMware,
i not sure whether i can save my boot configuration (which has the option to
boot windows and Fedora)
but i guess that i can reinstall grub to gain access to my Exsiting Fedora
is this possible ..?

my disk partition info are as below
