I don't speak for NRC-FOSS, but still, I find that a little ridiculous -
there's no legal entity called ILUGC - so even if one does want to,
there's nothing to donate to. If you're talking about compensating
individual members, I'm sure none of them expect anything of that sort.
And the last I know, even NRC-FOSS has budget constraints, and just
because it's a government organization it doesn't mean it can do
whatever it wants with the allotted funds. And things like distributing
money just spoils the spirit for everybody. -1, my friend.
