I am getting requests for projects from MBA(HR) friends. Thinking on how to make them to contribute to FOSS instead of going to a company. This is what Free Software Foundation - Tamilnadu[1] did, FSF-TN conducted a two days workshop in the beginning of this month, they made all the students participated in that workshop involve in projects[2] initiated by them, those students were divided into groups, and each group divided according to the colleges they were from, and they assigned a particular project/task to each group. The main part is when the students were assembled to give first review about their project/review in IFMR[3], MBA students from IFMR were assigned to each group as project managers, to co-ordinate group members and maintain constant development.
