I am yet make my purchase but based on recommendations by others I've decided on BSNL. The charges are Rs 3,600 for the hardware, Rs 500 activation charge, Rs 650 monthly for unlimited data transfer. If you visit the Mount Road BSNL office with ID proof, address proof, 1 photo, and fill up the application form, you can walk away with a data card within 10 mins. The network coverage is reported to be as good as with any other network.
