Although there is openssh available for windows using Cygwin[1], like someone
else suggested, you should consider installing rdesktop on linux and enabling
remote desktop login on your windows system. There is yet another option --
install a VNC server on windows and then you can access your windows systems
either through a browser or using a vnc client on linux.
In any case openssh is a limiting option unless you are scripting something
and/or all the windows tasks that you want to execute are command line tasks.
