RHEL is not proprietary .. Its fully open source. the thing is that RHEL is
not openly available for download but the source code using which RHEL is
built available for download ;). Centos guys downloaded the source code and
complied it and removed some red color and added some blue color ;) and
release it as The CENTOS. So Centos is 100% binary compatible with RHEL. ;)
So all ISV application which are working on RHEL will work on Cent Os.
