A lot depends on how its said and where its said. Many of these 'efforts to enlighten' are just really harsh dig's at people - and mostly dont come with an option. eg: one thing that I've found to be productive is to actually point out the issue: 'Your email client is not list friend, and is doing >insert problem here<. This is considered bad because >add details<. If you dont have the option to change your email behaviour, have you considered using a web forum like >url to forum< instead ? 9 times out of 10 that gets a result. Either they move to a web forum where this isnt that much of an issue ( sometimes ), or they move email clients, change behavior or do whats needed to make sure that the issue pointed out is fixed. - KB _______________________________________________ ILUGC Mailing List: http://www.ae.iitm.ac.in/mailman/listinfo/ilugc
