My thoughts on this subject a.ELCOT is already aware of FOSS benefits. b.Role of voluntary organisation like us is very limited c.Since this is going to be a business decision which involves not only software but such other things like service support etc. only commercial entities can do something at this stage. Companies like RedHat, Canonical are the ones coming to my mind.
