The error probably talks about these two partitions, the ending cylinder 
of /dev/sda9 and starting cylinder of /dev/sda10 are the same. I don't 
have much experience resolving these, if it was me, I would delete the 
linux swap + leave a small free space between the partitions and 
recreate the swap.
