Yes, that is your opinion based upon your experience with the product.
  Vignesh is giving his opinion and he clearly states so.

My opinion is based on my experience.
Re Acer, I found out the hard way.   While under warranty ACER failed
to fix the speaker problem on my laptop.  The trouble tickets were
closed within a few hours after my engineer's visit to their service
center.   When I persisted (after the warranty was just over), I was
told that my unit was out of warranty and had I purchased extended
warranty (while it was still under warranty) they would have fixed it.
 Thanks but no thanks.   I decided to dump it.

Others, within my acquaintance circle have similar experience with Acer.
