OK, I think this is about certification, personally I think certification does no good. All boils down to ones interest. I have seen people shfowing they are certified in this or that and they are junk. Other people are genuinely interested in technology and they don't care about employment, money, pride and blah bah. Its that kind of people I hire. In fee software world I don't think certification is important as all knowledge is free. Any one having the interest can learn it.
