I am trying to create a new blog in wordpress.com But it is giving the following error while registering.

Please remember that you have to provide the full, complete Blog URL, otherwise we can not fix it ======== In forums, they say to clear the browser cache. Did it. Even, the new blog creation fails. Did any one face the same issue?
