I tried converting two of the HTML books using cloudconvert.com (which
internally uses pandoc) and in less than 5 seconds I have got a nice
PDF e-book of

http://freetamilebooks.com/htmlbooks/black-june-html/black-june.html

All bold characters, Table of contents, Fonts, HTML links were nicely
formatted and worked properly.
