Was trying to send mails to the ilugd list in the morning
and discovered that some of the vsnl servers are listed
in the spamblock databases that frodo.hserus.net is using
to ward off "unwanted" mail.[ For ex: http://spamblock.outblaze.com/203.200.125.245 ]
Considering that bulk of the users are using vsnl, I
am not surprised that the number of mails to the list have
reduced considerably.. Wondering how to go about solving this
problem.. (*) receive mail on a different server and sync it with
the current server or switch the list to a different
server completely (*) convince the sysadmins to use less aggressive blocking
policies(*) convince vsnl admins to look into the "matter"
any ideas / suggestions ?
