Even now the safest (and probably the fastest) way to install
"testing" is to install "stable" (using only the first CD) and upgrade
it to "testing" using a local repository.
Regarding local repository, I have the entire debian ("stable",
"testing", "unstable", "experimental") archive including sources which
totals to about 30GB. I am still in the process of sharing it with
Raj Mathur so that it is distributed/shared more effectively.
In case someone wants the entire archive, come over to Sarai with
provisions to copy about 30GB of stuff :-)
